Ecological Services > Ecological and Biodiversity Management Plans

< Previous Topic  |  Next Topic >

Local planning authorities are increasingly requiring ecological/biodiversity management plans as part of the planning application portfolio to demonstrate the applicant's intent to deliver on the mitigation recommended in the initial Phase 1 and Phase 2 Habitat Appraisal reports. It is in effect a method statement of intent as to how the mitigation will be delivered and can be quite detailed in the prescriptions and targets to be delivered. Greenwillows Associates can assist the client to draw up such management plans which can cover up to 10-20 years beyond the completion of construction.
