Following the methodology set out in PPS25 Development and Flood Risk and using data sourced from Environment Agency (EA) and Internal Drainage Boards (IDBs), our experienced personnel offer a service to meet local planning authorities' requirements for Flood Risk Assessments for developments.
Greenwillows Associates can assist our clients to meet the requirements of national planning policy guidance through the assessment of the flood risk to both a proposed development and the potential knock-on impact of the proposed development on flood risk elsewhere and advise on the development design to ensure that any residual flood risk on or off site is acceptable.
